Job Description

Nature-co Supply Chain Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Assistant. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of RM 2,500.00 – RM 3,500.00 per month.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track payments from customers and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain a systematic approach to ensure timely payment collection.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of accounts receivable transactions.
• Organize and file invoices, receipts, and related documents.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment-related inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service in addressing payment concerns.
• Provide support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of account principles, particularly accounts receivable processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
• Proficient in using basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
• Possess car and a valid driving license.

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounts Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
