Job Overview: We are seeking an Account Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our accounting department to perform a range of administrative and financial tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations. The Account Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of invoices and ensure that they are accurate and delivered to clients in a timely manner.
- Enter financial data into the company’s accounting system and ensure that all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies as needed.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and prepare financial reports as needed.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks, as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
