Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts receivable functions such as invoicing, processing debit/credit notes, and generating reports
- Coordinate with delivery and sales personnel to resolve issues related to unissued delivery orders/invoices
- Prepare and update trade accounts receivable reports
- Prepare and update collection reports
- Ensure accurate maintenance of records, documents, and filing
- Execute ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least LCCI/Accounting Diploma
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of work experience
- Proficient in computers, familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in Malay, English, and Chinese languages
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records. Independent work capabilities
- Organized and systematic work approach
- Proactive work attitude, capable of completing tasks on time
