Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the accounting department with various tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and financial record keeping.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing and recording financial transactions
- Assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Preparing financial reports and statements
- Assisting with payroll processing
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is preferred.
