Job Description

Job Purpose:

Overall assist all financial activities of the company, i.e. Financial Statement, Treasury functions, Cash Flow Management, etc, including :-

  • Daily accounting operations i.e. payments & collections, staff claims & commission.
  • Monthly closing i.e Accounts Payable, Receivable & Bank Reconciliation; Balance Sheet & Expenses Analysis Schedule
  • Inventory Control & Costing, GST Returns
  • Assist the superior in finalization of monthly management accounts for review, analysis and evaluation.
  • Assist the superior in co-ordinate year-end audit and liaise with external auditors, tax agent relating to the preparation of final account and tax matters.
  • To ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filling to support all accounting entries.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks given by superior as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Accounting / LCCI, part Professional Accounting qualification or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome
  • Able to work independently with strong initiative, committed and also capable in working as a team to meet the timelines.
  • A dedicated individual who is meticulous and maintains a high level of integrity at all times, with good leadership skills.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin language.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
  • Salary offered RM2600 – RM300.
