Job Description
- To handle basic accounts and accounting records, Account Payables & Account Receivables to ensure all accounts transaction are updated timely and accurately.
- To assist in preparing bank reconciliations and tax-related matters.
- To assist in daily accounting work and preparation of SST submission and yearly audit.
- Ensure all payroll activities are executed timely and accurately.
- Assist in day-to-day accounting transactions and activities (e.g: filing, record keeping).
- Handle and monitor all shipments including shipments to and from suppliers (overseas and local) and clients as required.
