Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our accounting department and assisting with various financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating financial records
- Process invoices and sales orders
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Handle general bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- Prior experience in accounting or finance is preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
