Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Assistant. As an Account Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support in managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring accuracy in financial data.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in preparing financial statements and reports
- Recording and reconciling financial transactions
- Monitoring accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Supporting the team in analyzing financial data
To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and be proficient in using accounting software. Strong numerical and analytical abilities are also crucial.
