Job Description
- Organize and manage the safe keeping of documents, records, and maintain an organized filing for effective data retrieval.
- Attend to incoming calls, typing, and sorting mails.
- Create and maintain proper indexes for documents filed in records.
- Distribute emails, mails, and correspondence.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Undertake any other special assignment, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as Account Assistant.
- Assist in handling account filing, utilities arrangement, bookkeeping practice in Accounting Software system.
Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.
