Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Account and Admin Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial accounts and handling administrative tasks.

Your main duties will include maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and monitoring cash flow. You will also be responsible for processing invoices, managing payroll, and reconciling accounts.

In addition to your accounting responsibilities, you will also handle various administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and administration
• Proficiency in accounting software
