Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- LCCI, Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting (Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply)
- Must possess own transport
- Proficient in both written and oral English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in SQL Accounting System, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Willing to work in USJ 1, Subang Jaya, Selangor
- Committed and must maintain a good attendance record
- Able to work well independently and willing to learn
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Entering financial information into SQL Accounting Software
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices and payment vouchers
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Maintaining cash books
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing SST, tenders, records, and statements
- Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, processing the mail, receiving goods, and verifying delivery orders against purchase orders
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
- Preparing and processing payroll, EPF, PCB, SOCSO, and HRDF
- Processing staff claims reimbursement
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Starting RM2,00.00 (Depending on qualification and experience)
- Bonus 2x a year (Performance Dependant)
- Handphone allowance provided (RM108)
- Annual leave, medical leave, maternity leave, and marriage leave provided
