Job Information

Job Description

• Maintain record and organisation of filling system.
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts administration tasks.
• Exposure in accounting assistant or accounting clerk.
• Advance level in MS Excel and word.
• Record daily staff attendance from numerous project site.
• To liaise with external auditor, tax agents, bankers and any government authorities.
• To manage all financial transactions from utilities, bill payments and monthly expenses claim.
• Providing administrative support.
• Language: Malay/English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,400.00 per month.

Schedule:

• Day shift.
• Monday to Friday.
