Role and responsibilities

• Issue invoices, apply collection and simple bookkeeping.
• Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts, and cheques).
• Monitoring utility and office maintenance.
• Responsible for office administration.
• Organize and maintain all documents in a proper manner.
• Responsible to collect, sort, and distribute letters, postings (stamps and deliveries).
• Maintain and purchase office supplies, stationery, etc.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting/Administrative.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Account/Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply.
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft (Office, Excel & Outlook), SQL & MYOB Accounting Software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: Up to RM2,200.00 per month
