Job Description
Role and responsibilities:
- Issue invoices, apply collection and simple bookkeeping
- Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts and cheques)
- Monitoring utility and office maintenance
- Responsible for office administration
- Organize and maintain all documents in a proper manner
- Responsible to collect, sort, and distribute letters, postings (stamps and deliveries)
- Maintain and purchase office supplies, stationery, etc.
