Role and responsibilities:

• Issue invoices, apply collection and simple bookkeeping
• Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts and cheques)
• Monitoring utility and office maintenance
• Responsible for office administration
• Organize and maintain all documents in a proper manner
• Responsible to collect, sort, and distribute letters, postings (stamps and deliveries)
• Maintain and purchase office supplies, stationery, etc.
