Job Description
XMU Jiageng Education Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Accommodation Officer. The successful candidate will manage inquiries and bookings, oversee room changes, ensure cleanliness, maintain resident relationships, review accommodation policies, conduct compliance checks, and address resident feedback.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, one year of experience in Accommodation Management (fresh graduates welcome), proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, as well as strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
This is a full-time position, offering a salary of RM2,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and opportunities for professional development.
