Job Description
Carry out periodical inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the engineering services such as Mechanical & Electrical system, Plumbing and sanitation system, minor civil work etc. for the facilities, building and the compound
Attend emergency and maintenance calls in the building after office hours as and when required.
Attend enquiries/complaints pertaining to common property.
Arrange, organize and coordinate with contractors for carrying out any ad-hoc or periodical works.
