Job Description
- Assist in preparation of monthly management account.
- Keeping financial records up-to-date.
- Responsible for and involve in daily operational accounting work related matters.
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
- Handling bookkeeping and following accounting best practices.
- Reconciling account balances.
- Process payments as well as documents like invoices.
- Make and track payments.
- Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold.
- Make bank deposits and keep up records.
- Check all financial transactions for accuracy.
- Key data into company accounting system.
- Any other duties and when assigned from time to time.
