Job Description
We are currently looking for a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast Asia and Oceania region. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales plans
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Southeast Asia and Oceania region
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
