Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, HRIS (Workday) Developer to join our team. As the Manager, HRIS (Workday) Developer, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our HRIS system using Workday.
You will be responsible for managing a team of developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of Workday applications. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, designing and coding custom solutions, troubleshooting system issues, and providing technical support to end-users.
Key qualifications for this position include a strong background in software development, specifically with Workday programming tools such as Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and Workday EIB. Additionally, you should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as you will be managing a team and interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
