Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern – Contract Record Analyst with proficiency in Mandarin. This internship position offers the opportunity to work in our Contracts Department, supporting the team in managing and analyzing contract records.
The main responsibilities of the Intern – Contract Record Analyst include:
- Assisting in organizing and maintaining contract files and records.
- Reviewing and verifying contract data and ensuring accuracy.
- Reconciling discrepancies and solving any issues related to contract documents.
- Supporting the team in data entry and performing quality checks.
- Assisting with preparing reports and analyzing contract performance.
The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must, as this position requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Previous experience in contract management or a related field is preferred but not required.
