Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager LCL. As a Manager LCL, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Less than Container Load (LCL) department.
Your main duties will include coordinating the shipment and delivery of LCL goods, managing warehouse activities, and ensuring that all shipping processes are executed efficiently and accurately. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, negotiating freight rates, and resolving any operational issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in logistics and international shipping, with a deep understanding of LCL operations. Excellent organizational and communication skills are crucial, as you will be working directly with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
