Qualifications:
- Language proficiency in BAHASA MELAYU and English is mandatory.
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training.
- Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and Powerpoint); e-learning software will be an asset.
- Affluent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Design effective training programs.
- Prepare training materials.
- Conduct training and refreshers.
- Support and mentor new employees.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor, analyze & train trainees’ performance and call out any unusual trends.
