Job Description
As a Construction Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
You will be responsible for hiring and managing construction teams, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and obtaining necessary permits and documentation. You will also be tasked with monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
In addition, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing project budgets, cost estimates, and construction schedules. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
