Job Description

LeQuadri Hotel, located in Kuala Lumpur, is currently seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our kitchen team as a Japanese Demi Chef. If you have a strong background in Japanese cuisine and are looking for a challenging role in a prestigious hotel, this opportunity might be perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Outlet Head Chef and other kitchen staff in food production.
• Maintain high cuisine standards for functions, clients, and delegates.
• Prepare and produce different types of food, including Western, Asian, Japanese, and canapés.
• Ensure timely cooking and service of food to clients.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the Outlet Head Chef in menu development.
• Make requisitions for food items as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Outlet Head Chef.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
• Experience: 2 years as a Chef (Preferred)

Salary: From RM2,500.00 per month
