Job Description
1. Assist to maintain the building’s electrical supply, generators, reticulation system, installations, and equipment.
2. Manage, monitor, and supervise vendors and contractors and ensure they carry out the assigned works according to the company’s set terms and conditions.
3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance works as scheduled.
4. Attend to breakdowns and users’ daily feedback and service requests as and when required.
5. Carry out minor installation, troubleshoot, repairs, and replacement works whenever needed.
6. Handle inventory control of the company’s assets, equipment, spare parts, instruments, and tools.
7. Inspect and ensure all services and systems are in compliance with the statutory requirements of the relevant authorities (e.g. Fire Department, Sewage Department, Water Department, Electricity Department, Telecommunication Department, etc.).
8. Perform general housekeeping and servicing activities.
9. Update and maintain work records and filing system for the Facilities Department.
10. Check and rectify defective equipment and built-in components.
11. Involve with new facilities upgrading and enhancement works.
12. Assist in procurement and purchasing of services and parts.
13. Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
