Job Description
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a Guest Service Assistant to join our team at LeQuadri Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. As a Guest Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests.
Your responsibilities will include greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, answering inquiries about the hotel’s facilities and services, and providing recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferable, but not essential.
