Job Description
Salary Range: RM 3,00 – RM 5,00
Commission: Yes
Location: 8trium, Bandar Sri Damansara
Working Hours: 10.00am – 6.00pm (Monday – Friday)
Job Scope:
- Prospect and generate leads through social media, research, email, networking, and other effective ways.
- Develop and execute sales strategy and streams to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct requirement gathering, research, and presentation to clients with effective follow-ups.
- Respond to RFP/Tender and draft detailed business proposals.
- Prepare quotation, contracts, and agreements and negotiate with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as the project management team, creative team, and developers, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Travel to meet with clients in person as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of sales success and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Has own transport and willing to travel.
