Job Description
- Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring systems.
- Good knowledge of various test equipment i.e. pumps, motors, variable speed drives PLCs…& etc.
- Assist the Maintenance Engineer on daily / periodical Corrective and Preventive Maintenance initiatives and activities carried out in the Lanchang site especially on the Electrical & Mechanical segments.
- Oversee all Electrical and Mechanical (M&E) of machinery & equipment conditions and its installation to ensure all are in good and proper working order based on the maintenance planning.
- Maintaining the site’s and plant’s electrical supply and reticulation system, installations, and equipment.
- Day to day operations of the entire plants and offices facilities, electrical installations & applications and monitoring on the high / low voltage equipment performances. This will also include overseeing Production equipment, maintenance and contractor work arrangements.
- Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical fault circuit/system and provide recommendations to minimize re-occurrences or/and long-term solutions.
- To ensure all electrical applications and installation on the site are compliant with the local laws and regulations set by the National Electrical Code.
- Supervise and train subordinates in the installation, troubleshooting and repair of electrical component or/and systems.
- Carry out any other non-routine task and duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
