Job Description
1. Oversee the entire rental processing lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience from initiation to completion.
2. Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Provide valuable support to the sales team by managing customer information, facilitating payment processes, and addressing related issues to enhance overall customer experience.
4. Collaborate with customers to coordinate and manage rental return schedules, ensuring timely and efficient transactions.
5. Manage the schedule for the return of goods, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established timelines.
6. Prepare rental reports, planning, and forecasts for both sales and rental activities.

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
