Job Description
Asia Seal Engineering Sdn Bhd, a leading construction company, is seeking a knowledgeable and responsible Leaking Inspector to join our team. This position requires expertise in construction site practices, with a special focus on waterproofing and flooring. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling overall site activities, monitoring daily site activities and site safety, and coordinating site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check sub-contractor work, defects, and quality.
- Conduct site surveys and measurements.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to avoid machine breakdowns.
- Ensure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timescales.
- Provide technical advice and solve problems on site.
- Have basic product knowledge in waterproofing, joint sealant, concrete repair, flooring, or coatings products.
- Have excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Be meticulous and deliver quality work.
- Perform leak inspections on roofs, walls, toilets, parking lots, etc.
- Conduct site visits for new and existing customers, taking photo reports.
- Monitor work in progress and provide photo reports.
