Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Executive specializing in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) procurement processes. As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement process for E&I materials and equipment needed for our projects.
Your main responsibilities will include sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing E&I materials from various suppliers. You will also liaise with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, ensure timely delivery, and maintain inventory levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, monitoring supplier performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in E&I procurement, with a proven track record of successfully managing procurement activities for similar projects. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are essential for this role. Proficiency with procurement software and advanced knowledge of E&I materials and equipment will be advantageous.
