Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Cantonese Customer Support for night shift. As a Customer Support representative, your main responsibility will be to assist our Cantonese-speaking customers in resolving their issues and inquiries related to our products and services.
You will be required to communicate effectively with our customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Your excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English will be essential in providing a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will need to document all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up for any unresolved issues.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong customer service mindset, good problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to work night shifts. Experience in a similar role or in a call center environment would be an advantage.
