Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Recruiter Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our HR team in various recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in posting job advertisements on various platforms
- Reviewing and screening resumes of potential candidates
- Scheduling and conducting initial interviews
- Assisting in maintaining the applicant tracking system
- Providing administrative support for recruitment events and job fairs
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Prior experience in HR recruitment or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
