Job Description
- FRESH GRADUATE are welcomed
- Responsible for quantity, budget estimation from design drawings, design modification tracking, cost adjustments, etc.
- Communicate cost estimate adjustments to management and subcontractors to ensure a smooth transition of information.
- Prepare a quantity and cost statement, cost planning ledger, a variation ledger, a measurement ledger, subcontract settlement and payment ledgers.
- Responsible for collecting cost data, coordinating cost analysis, calculating and completing output value planning.
- Maintain a contract-compliant record of work progress, resolve construction disputes, and photograph construction activity on-site.
- Participate in tenders, prepare and submit relevant tender documents and information.
- Manage the department’s documentation.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Management.
