Job Description
- Inputting and updating data in databases. Managing and organizing electronic and paper files.
- Handling emails and phone calls.
- Responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Printing, copying, and scanning documents as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Filing and retrieving documents.
- Perform other duties from time to time if directed by the manager.
