Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant/Executive. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and coordinating events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
