Job Description
An OTC (Over-the-Counter) Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing transactions that occur outside the traditional exchange market. They play a vital role in the financial industry by monitoring and reporting the risk associated with OTC products, such as derivatives and swap agreements.
As an OTC Analyst, you will be tasked with assessing and evaluating market data, pricing OTC products, and identifying potential risks and opportunities. You will collaborate with various teams, including traders, risk managers, and compliance officers, to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of financial markets and products are essential for this position. Moreover, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in analytical software are desired traits for successful OTC Analysts.
