Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR & admin Job
• Manage and maintain HR document and records in a systematic order
• Independently handle comprehensive HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee training and development.
• Manage employee relations, address employee issues, and listen to concerns or complaints, aiming to enhance employee satisfaction.
• Timely preparing monthly payroll including executing data cleaning, staff claims, overtime, and timesheets.
• Support in liaising with statutory authorities i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN & HRDF related issues where necessary.
• Handling ad-hoc or any other related task that may be assigned from time to time.
• Managing office supplies, vendor relationships, and general administrative tasks.
