Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure daily tasks assigned are completed on schedule.
- Control and allocation of manpower for metal preparation process.
- Ensure good housekeeping in work area.
- Ensure that laid down safety and operations procedures are fully adhered by his subordinates.
- Ensuring that quality workmanship carried out in the way that subordinates are adequately trained and qualified to perform their tasks.
- Ensuring that all products are painted as per requirements.
- Ensuring that targets are met and assist superior to improve productivity.
- Ensuring that painting tools are kept in working conditions.
- Ensuring that subordinates are carrying out their tasks as per laid down working instructions and operations procedures.
- Ensure that metal parts are stored and identified properly.
- Ensure that bonding agent and solvent are stored and identified properly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum SPM or 2 years working experience in supervisory role.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001 QMS.
- Able to understand Bahasa Malaysia/English.
