Job Description

1. Manage tuition classes.

2. Create annual and daily schedules and update them in the parent and teacher group for each class. Keep records of student and teacher attendance. Follow up with absent students.

3. Manage teachers who will be teaching classes every day to ensure that no classes are left without a teacher.

4. Follow up with parents who are late in paying fees. Keep records of every fee paid. Update weekly.

5. Plan activities for school holidays.

6. Collect receipts for expenses and record incoming and outgoing money on a daily basis.

7. Manage employee affairs.
