Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations.

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, etc).
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) and take minutes.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc).
• Assist in claim processing.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews and update recruitment database.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
