Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team maintaining and updating accurate accounting transactions, accounting records and filing of documents.
- Responsibility in the production of the annual accounts, financial projections, budget payment, cash flow report and submission of financial information to interested parties.
- Responsible for managing debtors aging report and issue appropriate notification relating to bad and untimely payments.
- Coach, guide and lead Accounts Team in ensuring timely closing of books every month.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, treasury, and legal, to gather information and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation and address audit inquiries.
- Continuously assess and improve financial accounting processes for efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
