Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Finance and Admin Executive. As the Finance and Admin Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing both financial and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company.

Your main responsibilities will include managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and conducting financial analysis. Additionally, you will be in charge of processing invoices, managing payroll, and maintaining accurate financial documentation.

Alongside your financial duties, you will also be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team, as you will be interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.

To qualify for this position, you must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary.
