Job Description
We are looking for a Construction Executive/Site Supervisor who will provide efficient and effective site supervision to complete the project on schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison/attend meeting with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports.
- Attend site meetings when required.
- Arrange workers schedule and material deliveries/logistic arrangement.
- Responsible for project’s correspondence and documentations.
- Ensure that the project is completely handed over.
- Handle & manage defect works.
- Attend to site issues or problems.
- Experience in handling several subtrades at one time.
Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years’ working experience in the Construction, Interiors & Fit-Out/Renovation industry or related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must have initiative, responsible, hardworking, reliable, can work independently or with minimum supervision.
- Willing to outstation.
- Good knowledge in Interior Design & Fit-Out construction sequence of work.
- Self-initiative/proactive/committed is needed.
- Working days & hours: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm); Sat (9am – 3pm)

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
