Job Description
A Legal Executive is responsible for assisting the legal team in handling various legal matters within an organization. They play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, providing legal advice, and assisting in the drafting and reviewing of legal documents.
The primary responsibilities of a Legal Executive include conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, and assisting in the management of legal documentation and records.
Furthermore, a Legal Executive may also be involved in coordinating with external counsel, assisting in the resolution of legal disputes, and keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulations that may impact the organization.
