Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager, HR Business Partnering. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that align with the overall organizational goals and objectives. Your main responsibilities will include partnering with senior leaders to drive employee engagement, managing employee relations issues, implementing talent management initiatives, and providing advice and guidance on HR policies and practices.
You should have a strong background in HR with a focus on business partnering. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Key qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, at least 5 years of HR experience, and a proven track record in partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives.
