Job Description
Responsibility
- Creating marketing strategies that incorporate branding, messaging, pricing, and distribution channels to achieve business goals
- Developing operational plans to ensure efficient use of company resources while achieving business goals
- Developing and implementing a strategic plan that aligns with organizational goals
- Create and develop business training module
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth within existing markets
- Research trending marketing knowledge
- Consulting with management to help them achieve their business objectives
- Identifying environmental factors that could impact the organization’s ability to achieve its goals, and recommending solutions to mitigate risk
- Researching market trends is essential to developing a strategy

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma
- Excellent communication and good problem-solving skills
- Skilled in marketing
- Possess good client management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and clarity of thought
- 2 to 5 years of working experience in a similar industry
- A background in consumer insights
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management networking skills
