Job Description
vivo Malaysia is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the overall HR process and ensuring the company’s HR functions run smoothly.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage the overall HR process
- Sourcing for potential candidates through job portals/referral/headhunting
- Conduct phone screening & interviews to select potential candidates that meet the job requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with employees and manage company internal events
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Manage and run referral bonus programs
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates and handle off-boarding process
- Manage payroll
- Manage employees’ monthly KPI record and approval process
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or any related fields
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the HR field
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Positive and proactive attitude towards work
- Mandarin language proficiency is required due to business needs
