Job Description
F&B captains at Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering impeccable service to our guests. With a strong focus on selected tables, our captains are responsible for providing seamless dining experiences by performing the following duties:
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
- Expressing gratitude and thanking guests upon departure
- Explaining menu options and offering recommendations
- Addressing any inquiries about dish ingredients
- Serving food and beverages if needed
- Presenting the final bill for payment
- Timing dishes effectively to enhance the dining experience
- Managing guest complaints or requests
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From RM2,200.00 per month
