Job Description
The Manager, Learning and Development position is a key role within our organization. As the Manager of this department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training and development programs for our employees.
Your main responsibilities include identifying training needs, developing training plans, and coordinating training sessions. You will work closely with department heads to assess their teams’ needs and create personalized learning experiences. Additionally, you will leverage technology to deliver effective training modules and ensure that our employees can access training resources at any time.
Furthermore, you will be in charge of evaluating the effectiveness of the programs and making necessary improvements. You will analyze training data, gather feedback from participants, and measure the impact of the training on employee performance and organizational goals. You will also stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance our programs.
- Identify training needs and develop training plans
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions
